Our project team work closely with every customer to ensure the solution we provide meets the customer requirements, this enables us to deliver projects on time, to the customer specification and within the constraints of the budget.
We work on new build projects with mechanical and electrical contractors for end user clients in the retail, education and office sectors, where we use our experience to ensure the controls design is integrated with the mechanical equipment being purchased which minimises any potential problems during the installation and commissioning phases.
We deliver Trend and Tridium hardware solutions and are a certified partner for both systems.
We also deliver system upgrades of controller hardware, control panels and complete systems for HVAC and lighting controls, where the plant or system has to remain operational for the duration of the project.
This includes retrofitting new control panels to replace existing ones and refurbishing existing control panels to extend their life, upgrading the controller hardware to the latest solution to fit the client’s specification or a design specification which we can provide.
Integration is a key part of our business and the various OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) supply systems such as boilers, chillers, ventilation fans and pumps which often now come with integrated controller hardware. Integrating it into a seamless Building Energy Management System is a key aspect for any new installation.
The new SMART and IOT technology provides more information and data about plant operation and will often simplify the installation and reduce costs, both from a capital and revenue perspective if the system is designed and installed correctly.

Comprehensive Building Management Solutions
We produce IQ Vision graphics for buildings and also provide options to host the software on our secure servers which removes the requirement for any on-premise server hardware. We are able to deliver solutions ranging in size from single buildings to estate wide enterprise solutions, with reporting dashboards of critical alarm and estate information on a single screen.
We design and configure Trend and Tridium hardware solutions, and provide integration with third party devices including BACnet, Modbus and KNX into a platform that is designed and built to manage buildings at an estate wide enterprise level.
