We were appointed by Woodward and Co Building Service Engineers to deliver the design, control panel manufacture, electrical installation and commissioning of the Building Energy Management System, for the John Lewis Distribution Centre at Fenny Lock, which is approaching 1 million square foot in size.
The system included five new motor control panels, the refurbishment of three existing control panels, all with Trend IQ4 hardware and networked throughout the building on both the BEMS and customers internal IT network, with remote access.
An IQ Vision graphical user interface has been provided to enable the maintenance team to manage the site, which we are remotely hosting for the customer and providing high level analytical data.
Key Points:
- Comprehensive BEMS Installation
- Control Panel Manufacture & Integration
- Networked BEMS with Remote Access
- User-Friendly IQ Vision Interface
- High-Level Analytical Data Provision
